Evaluation of Trainers
Each workshop participant completes an evaluation form that measures her satisfaction with the trainer, program content, delivery methods, facility , and attainment of learning objectives. A summary of these evaluations is prepared after the workshop and a copy is sent to the trainer. The original is filed in the trainer’s file.
Additionally, any trainer can be randomly selected for evaluation by a member of the CCRC staff . This observation evaluates methods, content, and delivery. A copy of this evaluation is sent to the trainer. The original remains in the trainer’s file at the CCRC. |

The CCRC reserves the right to remove trainers from the Trainer registry if that trainer receives three consecutive overall “poor” ratings from participants or the CCRC staff. Trainers may be reinstated to the registry after receiving “train the trainer” support from the CCRC or another organization’s training program. The trainer will be removed from probationary status after receiving three consecutive “good” ratings.

Both the CCRC and the trainer have the right to terminate the trainer’s participation in the Trainer Registry at any time.
